I am seeking an evaluation of this 2006 Italian 10 euro cent coin. It appears to be missing the 12th star in the ring and the date 2006 only the clear 06. There is also some irregularities near the date “2006” and the ”RI” monogram. I am trying to determine if this is a known struck-through error, a grease-filled die or simply post mint damage. Any insights on rarity of its worth professional grading would be greatly appreciated.
