Real or fake 25 Kurush

Good evening 

I have this coin that seems to be a 25 Kurush. It is 18mm in diameter and weighs 2.2 to 2.3 gram. I tried to do SG but my scale only starts a 0.1grams. I know there are fakes of brass but this seems heavy for it's size.

Any help will be welcome.
