Also known as Europa Coin Programme, European Silver Programme, or Eurostar Programme, it is a series dedicated to celebrate European identity. Multiple countries have participated in the programme, which began in 2004, through legal tender coins that show the Eurostar logo. Each year is dedicated to a specific theme, and if a country issues more than one coin in the same year, they must have all the same design.
The series consist of legal tender coins in each issuer country, of different denominations and composition, issued since 2004.
