Token Identication

I found this metal piece inside the wall of an old house. It has Arabic-style writing on both sides and a small loop for hanging. I found one similar piece online described as an Ottoman imitation Sultan Mehmed token. Could anyone help identify it and estimate its value? Thank you.

What's on the other side?

The legend is something pretending to be Ottoman Turkish, but only some of the symbols are actually (Arabic) letters.

They should look something like this:

N#62676

‘Page not found' so probably that punctuation at the end.

Try this - N#62676

Thank you. I just had a space after the last number, but it was translated in Numista as “;”. Quite weird! 😅
