Hello. Do you have any pictures of the obverse? It's likely a 1/16th Shekel from Sidon under Ba'alsillem II (c. 401-365 BC).

Though their are a some other less common types from Phoenicia and Samaria that feature the same reverse. Below is a link to one of the other types.

unfortunately, nothing is visible on the obverse, it is completely worn out
