1776-1976 S Proof Silver Washington quarter with hand and bicep error? [solved]

Not sure if this is anything of value or not, but the hand and bicep looks damaged from the mint.@@Came from a 3 coin silver mint set, and still in the capsule.

Let's see a picture of the entire coin. When you only look at something under high magnification digital microscope you can things that are only artifacts of the microscope/lighting. If there is “damage by the mint” a normal photograph will show it.  How do you think the mint damaged the proof coin?  Even if they dropped it, stepped on it and kicked it down the hallway it would still be PMD.

Im just a newbie collector, I admit, but I come on here for advice, not picked apart or joked on.

Thought this platform was serious.
