Non magnetic, 3,90 G, diam. 20.55-21.08 mM (depending on its position in the measuring instrument), thickness 1,60 mM.

No significant damage (600 psi). And no mint mark!!! 

Fake?  Error? Toy (joke)? Anything else?

A fantastic new. And could you give a link to a catalogue that lists 1 Anna 1950 made in Calcutta?
