Hello and welcome to Numista! I suppose you mean this one: N#374222 If so then you'll see on the page Numista Rarity index: 100. That means no Numista member has this medal in their collection. I did find one on Ebay but it came with the entire set for US $3,500.00 OBO.

Actually, I do not use the Numista database, I have my own catalog.
I have many pieces that have NRI of 100, because I added the pages.😇
