Add bank to Ceylon

Please add Oriental Bank not to be confused with Oriental Bank Corporation for a couple of notes not listed in SCWPM. Thanks!

Also please add Bank of Ceylon not the same thing as the Central Bank of Ceylon.

I don't see those on http://banknote.ws/COLLECTION/countries/ASI/SLK/SLK-PRV.htm at all.

My mistake the notes are listed on banknotemuseum. In my opinion ORIENTAL BANK and ORIENTAL BANK CORPORATION should be 2 different issuing entities. They use different printers and even the design of the notes is different.
