English 1930 one penny error?

I stumbled upon this coin in a lot and wasn‘t sure if this is a minting error or post mint damage. it’s got a mirrored lettering, ”half“ imprinted below “penny”

Post mint damage. Someone smashed a ½ penny coin into that coin. Like this one: N#870 You can even see the sail mast on your coin.
