Here is a little copper jital

2.8g, irregular form about 13/14 mm diameter

looking for infos,

Indeed the horseman looks to be the same style.

 

Looking on that Zeno category, it looks like it have a subcategory filled with specimens that can match with yours:

Ghor falconer type, as #1734.1 but horseman holds a falcon on his outstretched arm

 

Apparently there are two types in that subcategory, one with the horseman holding a falcon and another with the horseman holding a plant or branch. Yours is the horseman with branch, their reverse lettering matches well with yours. Numista have an entry to the type with falcon, but not the one with the branch.
