Help ID: Augustus/Tiberius [solved]

Forum,

I am afraid of trying to do any cleaning of this coin to get more inscription details but stylistically it must be early Principate.
On the obverse (?) just underneath the head there is an "ΛΟ"
On what I am assume is the reverse with a smaller head I can read "ΒΑΣ" likely from ΣΕΒΑΣΤ. Maybe this one is Augustus then and other one is Tiberius.
Yet there are plenty of other option.
19mm, 4.2g

Maybe some of you have already seen this uneven design in terms of head sizes before?
