To me it looks like environmental damage, either that or someone playing with chemicals. 

 

Something like this coin on the left (Image just from the google) : 

 

Do coins with green spots and darkened colors result from improper annealing?

Rogner tes photos au plus près de la monnaie et préciser les poids diamètre métal 

Celui qui pose une question risque de paraître sot pendant cinq minutes, mais celui qui n'en pose pas restera sot toute sa vie.
