Old European hammered silver coin f. "Eye of Providence"

I've used Numista to identify a great many coins but this coin is a mystery to me.

It appears to be an old European hammered silver coin, possibly a devotional or pilgrimage token of some sort, perhaps a German imperial city state coin, or Spanish/Colonial token - according to ChatGPT suggestions/analysis anyway. I have searched a lot of these keywords and the symbology on sites like this and CoinArchives and so on but nothing that matches or is even similarly looking, the closest I've seen ever was probably at some antiques bazaar at old European silver coins display cases. I am from the Netherlands myself and this coin came to me inside a large bucket of coins bought for 10 gulden in the parking lot of an archeological theme park decades ago when I was but a wee lad which recently sorted through yielded quite a few silver coins, if it's any help as to its possible origins, but this appears to be easily the oldest among them, if also one of the lightest. Perhaps anyone has seen any similar coin?

The obverse features what looks like an Eye of Providence with rays motif sat atop a building with three pointed domes (possibly). On either side of the EOP there are what might be birds. The reverse is a lot less legible due to damage, but it may depict some type of flower or branches or maybe a shield or even sword, or.. lettering or numbers? It's quite hard to make out even with the naked eye and a magnifying glass under a good light, pretty much like the photos, but as a best guess, if there is lettering there's an -“IG” at the end, either that or -“16”, if I'm even looking at the correct orientation.

The coin is a tiny bit over 17mm diameter and I can't highly accurately weigh it due to lack of kitchen scales (I'm working on it.. I am a very.. budding numismatist) but it is non-magnetic and very silver in lustre and the oldschool manual scales I do have say just shy of 3 grams, 2.8g if I had to guess.

Edit: Forgot to mention, it is smooth-edged, not reeded.

I've been meaning to identify this coin for a while and now getting around to it. If anyone has come across any similar coins I'm all ears!

Interesting. I did think that would've been an odd “6” but ChatGPT talked me into it possibly being some type of elongated symbol (as in sword or such). I have no idea how to use this to refine my search but I'll keep trying in the meantime and hopefully someone might recognize it or “DH”. Thanks for your pair of eyes!

Why not the word pfennig on the back?

Sometimes these downward pointing rays can represent the Holy Ghost (most frequently with a dove at the apex).
