Spanish Kingdom - 1 real COB?, please help with ruler identification

Hello

 

This piece is 3.18g and around 17mm.

I guess that this coin could be Philip's III or Philip's IV and as far as I understand it's from Spain (not from any of the colonies like Mexico, Bolivia, etc.). Please help with verification.

The coat of arms is well defned, so I think the best you can do is to compare all the quadrants to a known coin.
