Would appreciate any help in identifying these two coins
Coin 1: 3.69 gms, 21 mm
On obverse, I think I read persian numerals 4 and 9. But, the 4 seems to be a mirror image of farsi 4.

Coin 2: 1.11 gms, 11 mm
On the reverse i clearly see moon and sun next to what seems like a flag staff
