Please share your opinion whether this Yugoslavia obv. coin die is canceled or not and what can it's value may be in both cases . The image was showed to me by a collector and he suspects that it was used for minting of one dinar coin from 1938 because the design and the inscription on it is very similar to it. But some features of the design here seems to be a bit little different and part of the surface in midle looks to be erased or worn off .
I'm curious to learn more for it .
