I found several web sites with information of the issue of these coins, on September 1st., 2025, included press release form Central Bank of Dominican Republic (BCRD), I also found the coins were minted by Real Casa de Moneda y Timbres (Spain), but not a word about the metal used on them, also I was not able to find details about the order for minting the coins; BCRD search is very complicated and after about 1 hour I quit the investigation. Maybe I will try again later.
On the other hand a friend of mine who is collector and coins dealer was at DR, and he visited the Numismatic Association there, I will try he give me some contact to ask for this (and other) issues.
Just 10 options: you understand binary, or you don't.
Catalog Referee Coins, Banknotes & Exonumia: Uruguay, Cuba, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru, Paraguay, Costa Rica, Venezuela, Panama, Ecuador, Zamunda, Parva Domus and more.
Could you check if ring or core is the magnetic part (or both)? so I (or yourself) can add to info into page.
Thank you.

Yes, of course. I won't be home this weekend, but I'll try to look into it on Monday. I'd say the magnetic part is the outer ring (stainless steel?), but I'll try to confirm that.
Thank you very much for addressing this question.😉

I'm sorry it took me so long to reply; I got distracted and forgot about it.
I've checked my coin, and I'm almost certain that the magnetic part is the outer ring.
I don't know if we'll be able to find any more information. I think you mentioned they were minted at the FNMT in Madrid. If so, perhaps I could try asking via email.
I look forward to your replies.
