Whose cat likes to loaf like a loaf of bread?

Watching a cat loaf is one of the cutest things.

Yes, kissing a cat loaf on the head between the ears is a very good thing.

Aidan.

This is the only photo of a loaf that I have.

I think my cat is suspicious of my phone.

I love cats loafing up, its just so cute, they look like big balls of fur and are usually content.

Never a perfect loaf as she always sees the camera and looks in my direction. I wished she loafed more as she hardly ever settles my one.

I love coins. Especially silver, gold and anything really old.

We've always had dogs. At one point, we had to adopt an orphan cat, Homefries. There was tension from the start. This escalated to the point when one of the dogs treed the cat. By then, Homefries had had enough and dropped down with claws out, leaving Scooter with a bloody nose.

After that, things settled down for a while until she caught an adolescent turkey, brought it through the dog door, and let it loose in the kitchen.

We really didn't need that level of excitement. Thankfully, we were able to find another good foster parent.

Absolutely gorgeous and she blends with that sofa. Honestly cats are just so cute, mine is so therapeutic, nothing better than after a hard day, a cute ball of fur sits next to you and rolls over on her belly and squirms around!

Thanks! Yours and all other cats in this thread too!

This is a better photo of Kale, my muted tortoiseshell cat.

Gorgeous!

This is a cat thread. Over the years I have noticed occasional friction between cat lovers and dog lovers. I think this might be an urban phenomenon, because here, most of my neighbors and friends have both, and cherish them equally. ( My wife is a birder and has perhaps a bit less regard for cats. But the turkey did survive).

Would anyone object if I introduced our ‘Georgia peach’ , a rescue dog?

I thin you should start a rescue dog thread, Id love to see her…

I’m definitely not against seeing a dog here, not sure if dogs can loaf as well as cats lol. But they may deserve their own thread too! The more floof the better. God know we all need a smile on our face from our furry friends and their antics

This is Katie, a rescue dog. Not a great photo; I wanted to get a nice ‘belly up', but she is shy, and rarely does it.

She's very slowly regaining a trust in humans. Fortunately, she has bonded with my wife, who takes her skiing. I think she was either tied up or caged in her early life, because I've never seen a dog run with so much joy, and complete and total abandon.

Very nice to see her find her mojo!
