Hello,
I Have this coin that says "-ATED” on it with a wreath in the centre (11-12 mm). I
If someone could ID it or at least give me a clue it would be much appreciated

May not be a coin - it may read PLATED which is found on the back of buttons …

The lettering on the buttons is incuse but the lettering on the coin is relief, that's why I thought it was a coin.
I could be wrong though.
I just took another look at it and it looks as if it says “DEBATES G.M” with another wreath separating DEBATES and G.M
