Timurid/ Safavid Id mystery Tanka/ Shahi, Help!

Hi everyone, this coin has been bugging me for ages as I have been unable to pin it down. When it came to me it was attributed as Timurid but it simply doesn’t look right to me (unfortunately I do not read Arabic). After some research the closest I can find is Isma'il I Safavi Herāt; First Standard

1 shahi (N#60876) but cannot find an exact match anywhere. The details are just so much finer than on any other types I have seen. If anyone can give me an id on either the coin or the counter mark it would be much appreciated, although at the moment I am leaning towards thinking it an unpublished variant. Thanks in advance and I hope it doesn’t prove as frustrating to any of you as it has to me.
weight: 4.39g

material: appears higher grade silver

dimension: 2.5 by 2 cm

I think this is a Timurid Tanka with a countermark in the center.  I think it reads "Beh Bud" but I can't figure out the mint.  To read the countermark, you'll need to rotate the first image as its upside down.  The cm is directly in the center of the obverse.

I'm fairly confident the mint is neither Herat nor Astarabad, but I could be wrong.  You can view some examples here.

I could be completely wrong here.
