Good afternoon, forum. The reason for my message is to request the removal of some erroneous dates on certain coins from the State of Chhota-Udaipur.
The first case concerns this 2 Paisa coin of Moti Singhji. This series was only issued in the year VS1948. There is an incorrect date on this page, indicating that it was also issued in the year VS1832, which is wrong. To date, no examples with an incorrect date or a date other than VS1948 are known.

The second case concerns the 2 Paisa coin from Jitsinghji Y#2. The dates shown are VS1797 and VS1918, which are incorrect according to the book "Heritage of Gujarat through Coins." This coin is actually PM#5, which is dated VS1919. The date VS1797 should be removed; on the other hand, VS1918 could be kept since it is mentioned in ONS 28. The website even mentions that it was minted in VS1919, and this error has not been corrected.

The other example is the 2 Paisa KM# 15.1, which does not have a date, but it is indicated that it was minted from 1821 to 1851, during the reign of Guman Singhji, which is incorrect, since the Chhota mint was established in the year VS1916 (1859) during the reign of Jit Singhji (ONS 28), but referring to the book "Heritage of Gujarat through Coins." in references PM#8 and 9, it is shown that the date related to this type is VS1919 and that it has the letters Ji for Jit Singhji, so the period from 1821 to 1851 should be eliminated.
