Statue of Liberty Centennial Collection

I have a 13-Coin set in a blue velvet box of silver Statue of Liberty Centennial coins. I cannot find any information about it on the internet anywhere I've looked. I have all the documentation and one page indicated “Paramount International Coin Corporation” on it. I have seen 12-Coin sets for sale on eBay in the same packaging with almost identical paperwork, but no 13-coin sets. Any information any of you have will be greatly appreciated. Here are a couple of photos.

They are not coins.

They are commemorative medals.

From what  I read, each one in the 12 medal set contains .92 ounces of silver.

Couldn't find a 13 coin set though.

Probably worth melt.
