Suspicious Faustina II denarius

I am a little concerned over the patina and style of this coin, but it could just be a bad clean. A second opinion would be great as the seller has treated me well in the past and it is probably an honest mistake.

The Faustina II is 2.90g, 18mm

Faustina Junior (AD 147-175/6). AR denarius . NGC XF, marks. Rome, AD 147-150. FAVSTINAE AVG-PII AVG FIL, draped bust of Faustina Junior right, seen from front, wearing pearl band, hair waved and coiled with pearls at back of head in chignon / VE-NVS, Venus standing facing, head left, with apple in outstretched right hand, grounded rudder in left. RIC III (Antoninus Pius) 515b

If you are worried about a cast fake, just check the rim. The coin looks fine to me.
