Duplicate KM#s for San Marino coins.

Numista is showing KM numbers for San Marino 2 Euro commemoratives for 2013 and 2014 that have also been used for coins for the 1990s. Have these been entered incorrectly or has Krause reused numbers?

Are these images taken from Krause?

If so then I assume they have reused numbers.
