I don't know whether it's in the catalogue but it's a coin of Crispus Caesar, the elder son of Constantine.

I don't remember when he was appointed Caesar but the vows for his fifth anniversary (Quinquennalia) were celebrated at the very beginning of the fifth year.

The mintmark should be at the bottom of the reverse, but it's missing. Whithout that, it can be almost any of these: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/index.php?e=rome&r=Crispus+CAESARVM+NOSTRORVM+VOT+V&st=1-2&cat=y&im1=&im2=&ru=&ie=&ca=3&no=&v=&cu=&a=&dg=&i=&b=&m=&f=&t=&t2=&w=&mt=&u=&g=&c=&wi=&sw=

Having said that, the portraits of the Arelate and Siscia ones are the closest.
