Duplicate pages for Chinese Cowrie coin

Are these two pages duplicates and if yes, can they merged together?

- N#352034

Both are referencing the same proto-coin, with the same Hartill catalogue number (1.1) and similar sizes/weights/dates. The size difference is understandable, as it depends on the snail who grew the shell in the first place.

The date difference is not so great either (1800 BC - 1000 BC versus 1766 BC - 1154 BC), although the second date is way too exact. Also that is just the date of the Shang dynasty, while the comments on the page are clearly stating that these are used in the Zhou dynasty too.

That comment comes from the Hartill catalogue, which actually doesn't give an exact date to these objects:

The second page lists the technique as cast, which is obviously incorrect.

Yes, they are dublicates.

I confirm, too.

Cowries could have many different shapes, but in fact that's the same primitive money.

Indeed duplicate pages. N#352034 seems more accurate and should be the page kept in my opinion, maybe adding the paragraph in N#161805's comments to N#352034's comments

Thank you for all of the replies. I've opened a request to merge these together: https://en.numista.com/forum/topic172896.html
