Austria 20 Kreuzers 1869

I've bought this coin( one to the left) , and it seems a little off. It's different color and details are less visible than the one that I found with metal detector ( one on the right), so I'm wondering if it's fake.

Also there appears to be multiple instances of copies of this coin, which is rather strange considering it is not particularly valuable, I paid ~$3 for it.

Probably contemporary modification so it could pass as a gold coin.
