Hello, I'd like to know where this coin is from. I saw it for sale but I can't identify it. The seller didn't provide the weight or diameter. I only have the photos.

Hello, Friend. Thank you very much, for a moment I thought it might be a coin from the State of Belas. I'm going to check what you told me about the civic funds in Afghanistan. 

Not much can be read on the coin, bottom image has number 3 and parts of ‘falus’ meaning copper coin, upper side has 'zarb' meaning struck at and probably the mint would be above. It doesn't look typical  Afghan to me though and not mintless either
