1978 D 1 cent mint error? [solved]

Is it just me or is the “D" mint mark slightly off centre? Thanks for your opinions :)

It's a little off center but perfectly normal.  Mint marks then were hand stamped into the finished dies and could wind up left right up down with different orientations.
