I'd like to ask about two coins from Iraq that were previously described as non-circulating coins on the Numista website, but now they are described as standard circulation coins.
1. 5 Dinars 1411 (1990) KM#171 coin,
2. 10 Dinars 1411 (1990) KM#172 coin.
I have a question: are these actually standard circulating coins? I think the coins above were correctly described as non-circulating coins on the Numista website. The coins also had the note "not released into circulation."
