New error?

So I found this egyptian coin
N#

26558

and it seems I found an error that isn't displayed on the website which if you look closely you'll  notice that that outer ring is reversed so the date and the “arab Republic of Egypt” on top appear on reverse instead of the obverse so I wanna know , is this kind of error common?

No, not an error. Both sides are stamped after the inner and outer are assembled. Someone disassembled them and put them back together that way.

Thanks , I think the marks under number one on the obverse  are due to something like a screwdriver being used to remove the middle piece.
