Ottoman Coin? AH 1143 [solved]

Hey guys, recently got this piece, an Ottoman (?) coin that's holed. Don't have an exact weight on it, but not heavier than 3 grams. The Hijri date is 1143 (AD 1730-31) but I can't seem to find much about it. It's purity is about 60% Silver. Thanks a lot!
