Is this coin 1888 MS-M rare and valuable?

Are those prices real?
I am able to buy this coin very cheap.
Yes, "El pelón 1888 MSM" is a rare coin. Be careful because can be found falsified.

Until the sixties it was believed it was a fantasy. Now we know it's a mule. There's only one coin in Unc. grade.

Here's the images.
I think 99% it's real.
I am afraid, you are 99% wrong, since it's a 100% fake.
Compare with the real coin. Even though it's MP-M, the portrait should be the same.

The lips are different, the hair behind the ear is missing, while it should have been preserved since it's lower than the ear, the cut-off line below on the left does not form a sharp corner as it should, dots along the rim on reverse are different in size, the toning is artificial, etc, etc, etc.

I checked on the internet and I saw that, yes it's a fake.
And I am pretty sure it's not the same weight.
Thanks for your help.
You are welcome, and I'm glad that you didn't buy it.
If you need this type of another year, it's not scarce at all and could be found in the range of $35-$40 in about VF condition.

Es una de las monedas españolas mas falsificadas. Sin duda es falsa, fake.
