The usual multi overstrikes make it almost impossible toget a firm i.d, is that the date at the bottom 1251? if so then it's quite late at 1835 AD, something about it looks N Africa to me

I don't see a clear mint on this on the host or the overstrike.  Cool coin and quite the mystery!

I have never seen that type before but there must be thousands of varients around, l have about 100 types inc imperial ¼ annas overstruck
