This is a Roman provincial coin from the city of Setae (Saitta) in Lydia. On the obverse is Crispina, the wife of Commodus. The legend is ϹΕΒΑϹΤΗ on the left and ΚΡΙϹΠΙΝΑ on the right. The reverse is Apollo with crossed legs, holding a laurel branch and resting an arm on a column. Reverse legend would be ϹΑΙΤ-ΤΗΝωΝ.
The coin resembles type RPC IV.2 1396, except that the diameter for that type is typically 16 to 19 mm, rather than 24 mm like a 50 euro cent coin would be.
