The exchange rate here in Germany (Good luck in trying to exchange it): 

500 SYP = 0,04 Euro (meaning 4 Euro cent)

Isn't this one of the revalued ones (by a factor of 100)? A complete set should have a theoretic exchange value of a little bit more then 7 €.

I am embarressed. You are right. 

The website which I used to get the exchange rate hasn't yet updated to the revalued Syrian Pound. Therefore, 500 SYP are worth approx. 4 Euros.
