Welcome to Numista, Bruce H, this is your coin from the Numista catalogue:

Some helpful statistics at the bottom. They show you that there is only one or two people that own this coin. £15 (GBP) of silver value.
Numismatic value, I'm not sure of but I would give your coin an F+ grade over the VF.
in the Danish catalog the price is approximately . $ 300

Welcome Bruce, very nice coin indeed.
Cents are money too!
Gorgeous coin    but I don't think it's quite good enough for a VF... I know that the beautiful dark 'toning' (colour) often covers up scratches and wear

VF is a very broad grade, as was mentioned in this forum a number of times: there are a VF20, VF30 and VF35. I would say that this is a lower range of VF (20 or 25), but not F+. As for the price, I am less sure, but probably $250 - $300. If it goes for an auction somewhere in Scandinavia, the hammer price will probably be higher.
I collect coins and tokens which circulated in Africa from 18th century to 2000. I sell about 7000 illustrated world coins from http://www.avscoins.com.
