Belgium: very small token from Leopold II era

Hi all,

 

Searched on this site but could not find any info on this very tiny token(?).

 

It is 13.26 mm in diameter, 0.87 mm thick and weighs 0.82 grams.

 

If there’s one thing we’ve learned from history is that we did not learn from history.

What I can tell is that the coat of arms is a fantasy. The lion is facing the wrong way, and the rest of the items are crude approximations of the Belgian coat of arms.
