Help ID: Greek?

I've been trying to figure this one for a while. 

On the obverse we most likely have helmeted Athena and Hermes on the obverse. 

I can only make out "OV" or “ПЛО” on the obverse if reading counterclockwise. 

14mm, 2.5g 

Any ideas?
