Hi, is anyone familiar with this item? I cant seem to locate anything like it.  Its rather large, appears to be porcelain with the sculpture having a metallic finish.  Thank you.

Has anyone seen something like this?

Hi.

It's a porcelain medal commemorating the 10th anniversary of the inauguration of “The Monument to the Battle of the Nations”, in Leipzig.

Here's one on sale here:

Many others were made after the first World War.

Fabular!

Thank you, this is helpful. I catalogue all my stuff, do you know if theres an N# or identifier?

I dont think so.

btw this is not a “coin”, but exonumia. You will have to search medals and tokens, and find a category in there.

There are dozens of Leipzig porcelains.

Hi.

This medal is actually not referenced in Numista.

The main catalog who references this type of item is called “Medaillen aus Porzellan”, by Karl Scheuch.

Unfortunately, this medal is not referenced in that catalog !

Here's a comment about a similar medal, the same as yours, apart there is no color application on it:
