50 Rupees Indian Coin with Indira Gandhi – Need Identification

I found a 50 rupees Indian coin with Indira Gandhi printed on it.
The coin shows only her birth and death years, and I can’t clearly see the year of issue.

I searched online but couldn’t find clear information.
Can anyone confirm if this is an official commemorative coin, a medal, or a private issue?

Any details about authenticity and value would be appreciated.

There is a 50 Paise coin - with 1917-1984 years.

That is fake. Circulating 50 Paise and 5 Rupees, and non-circulating 20 and 100 Rupees were made with that design, but no 50 Rupees.
