Obv: ΠITITIOC~ ~NTAITAPPIV. Crowned facing bust of Maurice, wearing consular robes, holding mappa and eagle-tipped scepter.
Rev: Large M with cross above, between ANNO and III; THEUPs in exergue.

 

Please check the date lines in the existing Numista listing.  I think you are showing one with III, which already has a date line.
