Is there a way to determine which mint struck these coins ?

Very simple:

Mint Hall: Triangular shield with a cross, under the face value.

Mint Vienna: Eagle under the face value.

Those images next to the mints on the page could be a bit bigger though, it is not so obvious that they are different or even images at first glance.

You have to click it. Many of the marks in Numista are like that.

Why is the Tyrol Eagle wrong as the mint mark for Hall Mint?
