As I was scrolling the entire catalog of coins, I found that this: N#490151 is with the unspecified coins, when this should be under France under notgeld. May you please fix this catalog issue?

sometimes happens that an item is out of place after it has just been edited, tend to resolve itself after a good night sleep of the database …
I don't see it there, so maybe it has already solved itself, but of course we don't know the exact search you did to be able to recreate the issue.

All I did was to sort all coins by type, and this coin happened to fall under the unspecified ones

As you can see by the little French flag it was already under an issuer (Commune of Vitry-sur-Seine ) and like mentioned was just not positioned right due to database resorting not being done constantly.

Yes, it's emitter has been created yesterday, it is now in it's place.
