The following items are not in the scope of Numista:
Stamps (but stamp coins are welcome) Medals, orders, and decorations that are dissimilar to coins: Post-mint plated or coloured coins ( note that modified coins, such as elongated pennies, are in the scope of exonumia) and banknotes coloured after their official issuance
Seems quite clear.
