help needed please , can find similar but no exact ,  two dots vertically above shield ? 1.74 g weight , about 18mm mm

Based on the characteristics of the castle, it is a group 6 ceitil: N#107173 .

From what I saw at the photos on the Numista pages of this type and the other types of Afonso V ceitis, these two dots you are pointing are an uncommon thing. Remember that these hammered coins are not identical to each other.

 

And there's more, your ceitil is in way better shape than most of the ones I saw out there, here on the catalog photos or at the coin fairs I've went. And look that I own a half dozen of these.

 

One last thing, what defines in what group the ceitil belong to is the characteristics of the castle. And in yours, the castle is 100% visible.

I have two ceitils and in my opinion they’re very hard to identify spot on. But yours is in nice shape so it might be easier
