Can anyone help me here. This Crown 1893 on the REV side is different has in been Lacquered or something.

Weight is 28g is this someone's attempt at kind of Trench Art ?

Someone altered it.

Enameling her coins was a big thing in the past.

Maybe to morph it  into a brooch or pendant?
