So either this is a zinc-coated steel in the wrong year, or more likely a bronze coin coated in another metal by someone. The photo's are not detailed enough to tell.

It looks completely normal to me and not coated in another metal. Could just be lighting.

Your original “question” was to identify your coin. You got the answer in the first reply. You then implied that your question was if you had a mint error or not. You got that answer in the next post. You then accused the members of not being very helpful and you were taking your coins elsewhere.
