Russian 100 Roubles 1997 - Big-Small prefix letter

There appears to be no ‘Big-Small’ prefix letter option for the Russian 100 Roubles from 1997 .  Should the ‘Small-Big’ option be changed, or another option added?  

Or, have I simply missed the correct listing for the banknote below?

Your note is P270c, the 2004 modification. I don't know if this version of the note has prefix varieties or not.

Why is there no 1997 date available for either of the banknotes listed?

All are dated 1997, but the 2004 has the new date in small print and the design underneath the large 100 on the obverse is also much wider.

P-270a - 1997 (without modification) 

1st issue series aa-чг except тч-тя, ха-хб, хн-хо, хс, хх, хь, хя, ча-чб.

2nd issue series еК-оИ, оО.

P-270b - 1997 (modification 2001) 

1st issue series тм-яя except хг-хм.

2nd issue series аА-яЯ except еК-нЭ

3rd issue series Аа-Ао, Ве-Вя, Га.

experimental series АБ, АЛ

P-270c -1997 (modification 2004) 

1st issue series Ап-Яя except Ви-Вс.

2nd issue series АА-ЯЯ.

3rd issue series аа-яя.

4th issue series аА-яН.

experimental series 1: УУ, ФФ, ЦЦ.

experimental series 2: УА-УБ, УЕ, УК-УЛ, УН-УО, УС, УХ-УЬ. (УО - replacement)

The 1st digit of the serial number indicates the experiment number.

experimental series 3: АУ, УВ-УГ, УЗ-УИ, УМ, УП, УТ, УФ, УЭ-УЯ.

p.s. The series ЕБ, ЕП, ЭБ, ЭП, ЯБ and ЯП does not exist.

p.p.s. The letters У Ф and Ц are not used in regular series.
